Hello my name is Jenna. I have good days and bad days. Staying present, for me, helps me to feeling stronger. I find it so easy to drift into a head of worry and a tummy of anxiety. What helps me is yoga, seeing friends/family, singing, walking my dog and learning. Social media is awful for my head, and yet here I am posting on it hoping to reach others. Funny old life. We are all in this world together. It’s nice to meet you x x

What an incredible night full of the best energy, harmonies, sing songs, laughs, friends and giggles !! It felt incredible to be back on stage, like home. How I have missed it. Just as expected there were mistakes, tears and adrenaline fueled vocal technique but I couldn’t have asked for a better first gig back. Amazing audience, so much love ❤️❤️❤️❤️
