I’m all over journals at the moment, I think I always find January a reflective time.... This journal is soooooo good. I come and go with it throughout the year depending on where my head is at - but find it so uplifting, good for goal setting and easy/quick to fill in ❤️

~ Tonight’s Freewriting Poem ~
Didn’t time this one and had to edit to end as I’m actually knackered !! Haha, but apart from that - it’s pen to paper for an express 4-5mins (or whatever time you want)... a stream of consciousness. Such a fun, creative and expressive way to get your circling thoughts out. I try to keep to a rhythm or structure and I love rhyming but none of that is a must. Just enjoy. So I’ve just finished the third and last session of my sister’s yoga retreat weekend - oh how I ache ! I’ve been upside down, felt every muscle shake, got myself in a twist, stretched things I didn’t know could be stretched, done back bends a plenty, breathed in ways I never would in public, wobbled, given up, tried again, laughed, cried, fallen into yogic sleep, drifted and returned.... I certainly feel refreshed and relaxed and mostly just chuffed my wrists didn’t snap - yayyyy ! Yoga is hard !!!
