~ 15 Years Since I Moved To Brighton ~
One of my own songs today to celebrate one of the best adventures I had, moving to Brighton !! Def harder to ‘just do and post’ being an original. Spent a bit longer on it and still itching to edit, write the harmonies properly and make it perfect but - I want to keep these as real and ‘jammy’ as possible. One take for most of the harmonies and to not over think…. Keeping it fun !! Soooo, Brighton … I was there for just over 14 years and had the absolutely incredible times growing as a person, musician, starting my business and having THE BEST time with so many wonderful people. It was lovely to return at the weekend and have lots of fun reuniting with people and places. My heart and home is now in the South West, and we are settling in more and more as a family. But Brighton, you will always be my special place. Thank you for allowing me to blossom, for bringing me adventure, confidence, music, friends, love and holding me as my life changed when I became a Mum !! LOVE YOU FOREVER !!! Xxxxx
